🟡It incorporates new requirements for third-party certification auditing of management systems and the competence of personnel involved in the certification process.
🟡The International Accreditation Forum (IAF), in consultation with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), has set the time period for implementing the latest standard.
🟡Certification bodies seeking to offer sector-specific programs must first be accredited as a certification body for quality or environmental management systems, as applicable.
